Terms of Sale
Any sight unseen purchase made by internet order or phone must be returned within 5 days of your received shipping date for refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. This return privilege does not pertain to bullion, please read our bullion terms of sale carefully. Any item examined before being purchased has no return privilege. Customers with high levels of returns may be refused future service. Returned coins must be returned to us in the condition in which we sent it to you. If you remove the coin from the holder in which we delivered it to you, you own the coin. All special prices are limited to available stock. We currently accept Money orders and Personal Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, and PayPal.
Nevada residents will be charged 7.6% sales tax on all internet orders, or the appropriate tax of the county in which the store location is situated. California residents will be charged 7.25% on all orders. Rare coin and/or bullion orders totaling $1500 or more are exempt from sales tax.
Return Policy – We guarantee prompt refunds on any items returned or out of stock, refunds will be processed by check. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Orders that are not returned in the allotted return time are then subject to a purchase price rather than a refund.
Returned Check Policy– In the event of a bounced check a $25 returned check fee will be charged. In the event that you should require a duplicate check from NNC a $25 stop payment fee will be charged. We guarantee all coins we sell to be genuine.
Proper grading is the backbone of internet service. Returned items cost us money and time, and because of this our coins are graded accurately and conservatively, and we take care to describe any special defects so that you may have a complete picture of the coin. Most of the items you will find here are certified by a third party grading service, we cannot guarantee what any third party grading service will do, or how they will grade a coin. Postage & Insurance
Items are only shipped after we are assured good funds. For Numismatic Orders (rare coins) just add $9.00 to your order. Orders over $500.00 have free shipping. Bullion has different shipping rates, please call to confirm. Typically we ship through the US Postal Service and all items are either insured through our private insurance or by registered mail.
We offer an easy NO INTEREST layaway plan for those customers wishing to purchase a coin over time. Layaways must be paid within four monthly payments of 25% of the total order with your first payment being made when you place the order. Defaulting on a layaway results in a charge totaling 25% of the total order. Layaways are limited to orders totaling more than $500.00. To place a coin on layaway, call us at 1-888-836-5527. We sell rare coins at great prices. Because of this, listed items may sell fast. We sell on a first come first serve basis and if your items is gone, it’s gone. I know how difficult it can be to find the rare coin you need to complete your collection. If you are looking for a specific item or have a want list, please fill out this form.
Internet customers wishing to pay with a money order or check must do so within 7 business days. If payment is not received within 7 business days the merchandise will be restocked for sale and the order cancelled. Once the money order or check is received the merchandise will be held for 15 business days or until we receive verification that the funds have cleared before we will ship the order.
We publish all coins with prices, grades and availability subject to actual stock and are not liable for typographical errors. All orders are subject to prior sale and published prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are not considered complete until we accept payment and ship the merchandise. Credit card authorization is not considered as payment in full. We may refund payments made if an error in the order is found. If you order a coin we no longer have in stock, we will do our best to offer you a suitable substitute or a deal on a similar item. We strive to make your experience the best it can be and appreciate your patience and understanding in the unlikely event of a mistake.
Gold Buying Terms
Our gold buyers follow the law. We I.D. all who are selling gold or silver jewelry, scrap, silverware, or related items. We must have a valid drivers license or passport to provide you service. Our Reno gold buyers must, by city law, also take a fingerprint when you sell gold jewelry. Our Carson City and Minden gold buyers will also take I.D. Whether selling gold in Reno, Minden or Carson City we will require I.D. This helps us protect our community. When you sell gold in Reno, Minden or Carson City to our company it is sold. We are not a pawn shop and therefore cannot loan money on gold. We are only licensed to buy gold. If you want to buy your gold back please sell it to a pawn shop. Gold jewelry is sometimes light in karat. Due this fact we buy gold based on percentages we have figured out to be a fair average. Our numbers quoted are not exact as rounding, under-karated gold, solder, soil, and stones may be factors. If stones or other material is present in the gold being sold we may have to estimate the weight of the excess material that we do not pay gold prices for. Our gold buying prices are still top in the industry and our goal is to serve you with fairness when we buy your gold. We cooperate with law enforcement to prosecute those selling stolen materials. You must be the legal owner of the material you sell us.
